Who am I?

My name is Wendy

I want to share my personal journey of overcoming metabolic challenges through the right exercise regimen. A few years back, I battled hyperthyroidism, which was eventually treated with medication. However, I continued to experience lingering back and neck pain. Additionally, my knocked knees caused discomfort in my knees and hips while walking. Thankfully, I discovered Body Rotation exercises, which have helped me in my recovery to achieve body alignment. It’s not an instant fix, but I can confidently say it’s possible.

身體旋轉的螺旋效應是指當我們進行旋轉運動時,我們的身體會由中軸產生螺旋狀的連鎖反應,從我們的腳一直延伸到我們的頭部。這種螺旋效應涉及各種肌肉、結締組織和關節的相互作用,從而形成協調且有效的運動模式。其工作原理如下: 1. 腳和腿:當我們開始身體旋轉時,運動從地面開始。腳和腿充當基礎,提供穩定性並產生力量。足部、小腿和大腿的肌肉共同作用,形成穩定的基礎並將能量向上傳遞。 2. 臀部和骨盆:旋轉然後轉移到臀部和骨盆。臀部周圍的肌肉,包括臀肌、髖屈肌和深層核心肌,參與活動以促進旋轉。這允許控制運動,同時保持穩定性和對準。 3. 核心和脊椎:螺旋效應透過核心和脊椎繼續向上。腹部、背部和深層核心穩定肌的肌肉有助於旋轉運動,確保脊椎保持支撐、活動和正確對齊。核心肌肉的這種整合有助於將旋轉力均勻地分佈到整個身體。 4.肩膀和手臂:最後旋轉到達肩膀和手臂。上背部、胸部和肩部的肌肉共同作用,促進旋轉,並為運動提供平衡和協調。 上半身的這種整合完成了螺旋效應,從而產生流體和連接的旋轉運動。透過進行旋轉練習和運動,我們可以利用這種螺旋效應,促進全身整合、改善協調性並增強功能性運動。它可以有效地傳遞動力,並透過將力均勻分佈到全身來降低拉傷或受傷的風險。

Fixing knee deformity

Correcting knocked knees through body rotation exercises is not only possible but has been a transformative experience for me. Initially, I struggled with the alignment of my knees, which affected my posture and overall mobility. After researching and incorporating specific body rotation exercises into my routine, I began to notice significant improvements. The reason these exercises are effective lies in their ability to enhance the strength and flexibility of the muscles surrounding the knees and hips. By focusing on body rotation, you engage the core and lower body muscles, promoting better alignment and balance. This engagement helps to redistribute the load on your joints, ultimately leading to improved knee positioning over time. In my case, consistent practice of these exercises not only improved my knee alignment but also increased my overall strength and stability. It’s a reminder that with dedication and the right approach, significant changes can be achieved.
